The first 3 weeks focus on the transition from old habits to a new healthy foundation. Along the way, adding to an "Avoid at All Costs" list of foods that are detrimental to your overall health.
Beginning in Week 4, you will see a meal-by-meal plan for what to eat. This does not give you specific recipes but rather portion sizes and types of foods to eat. You still have control over how it is prepared (as long as you keep to the "Avoid at All Costs" list).
